Vauxhall Corsa Keeps cutting out whilst driving?????!!!!!!!!!

Hiya wondering if anyone is experienceing or has experienced the sme troubles as me at the moment. Its a Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 Petrol Y REG(2001)
When I am driving along the car just cuts out, the engine turns itself off no shaking no noises nothing, the battery warning light and engine management light comes on but theres no fault coming up on the diagnstic computers at the garage, they have cleaned the throttle valve an say thats it but wondering if anyone else is having this problem???

I was working through the ignition system replacing bits, and was about to get it hooked up to an auto electrics diagnostic experts machine, when I changed the spark plugs. The problem has suddenly disappearred, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is cured.
