ive got a headlight out. when i opened the bonnet to get the bulb out so id know which one to buy, i found that the one i need to get at (in the middle) is so close to another component (a big black box thing thats bolted to the car frame) that i cant actually get the bulb out!!! let alone put a new one in!!! does anyone know how im meant to do this??? I could take it to halfords and pay someone to do it, but in my experience, the sales staff are all like 17 and braindead and i probably know more than them. Also im 6 mths preganant and money is an issue!! (and im not a girl who like to be defeated by "man things" when i could do it myself!!!

I had a similar problem on a Vectra and I thought I' d pay them to do it as it looked very awkward. When I took it in I was told they would not do it due to it been so awkward and the fact it was costing them more in time and having to repair accidental damages than these small jobs are worth. So you'll probably find you have to do it yourself anyhow.
Saw this on another site.Apparently everyone finds this job a nightmare as the fuse box is in the way.
