Ok me and my 4 mates, rat, johnny, calumn, daniel, was all down central shop, we got 1 bottle of vodka and 5 bottles of cider for us all, we road to my brothers witch is half a mile away, drank all the liquer and left our bikes at my brothers, we went round the corner, my mate rat got elbowed by a jogger witch made him ****** of, he decided to hit this guy on this field, and daniel joined in.. so i tryed stopping my mates, and i got pushed and i acidentally standed on the man witch is on the floor.. my mates stamp on the mans head, leaving a 1 and a half inch cut, a out of place shoulder, bruses everywhere, broken nose, after this me and my mates ran off.. then rat decides to tell this shop bloke what happend, we walk up the street.. 10 police jump out of 3 t5s, they searched me.. then i pulled up this 20 question thing and shout its a bomb as a joke, and cus i was getting arrested.. i got ****** cus i did nothing and resisted arrest, went to police station let out on bail, i've said this in my interview too.. we all have section 18, gbh, so what are the chances of me getting sent down, or charged, as the man might think i joined in even know it was an acident that i stepped on him..

IF it did happen, then you may get an 18 month suspended sentance, but probably a 2 year jail term. Hopefully.

I don't really care if i end up in an open prison as i know i can handle it, but sitting in a police station for 16hrs in a cell.. i only just handled it, i can imagine what a closed prison is like, i bet its like a police station cell, and if i end up going there, i seriously will end up killing my self.. >.<
