What the name of the guy

I've seen an advert for an album by this musician guy and I can't for the life of me remember what his name is. He sits with his guitar and you hear a couple of songs which I'm sure are copies.
He's white with long hair which looks like ginger dreads. Please help anyone.

I think it must've been the lighting as looking at him now on youtube, he looks distinctively hazel.

But there's nothing wrong with being ginger. I think it's a stunning hair colour. Far more interesting than plain old blonde.
And before you ask, am blonde but dye my hair red
