Name of Song from the 90's

I am looking the name of a not so famous song from the 90's quite a few of my friends remembered the song once i mentioned it, but no one remember it's name...

here is what i remember:

1. it's in English.

2. it's by a female singer

3. the MTV features the singer playing the piano... and the entire MTV has a strange... greenish / brownish hue over it..

4. it's got a fairly fast tempo, with the phrase I LOVE YOU as chorus (that's the main problem... google doesn't really help when the most catchy phrase in the song is way too common)

5. it should be a song from the mid 90's like between 95-99

6. for some reason i feel the song is somewhat associated with europe...
