video to shockwave flash

im trying to make a shockwave flash object for my nokia n95, using my home videos, but a bit unsure how to do it! tried just using a converter to change it to flash but that wasnt recognized, so assume shockwave flash is more specific? sorry if that doesnt make sense, but hope someone can point me in the direction of a good piece of converting software! cheers!
