it's the instrumental break of a song called 'kissing you' by des'ree. taken from the romeo and juliet soundtrack.

I've answered this question in several caregories on here already! Not heard the Desree version but I've got it on Romeo and Juliet Vol 2 and it's called Balcony Scene by Craig Armstrong, also on his album Space Between Us.
