Anyone got any idea what the music the BBC are using for the goal of the tournament in euro 2004 sounds very poppy?

I've been asking the same question - its such a chilled and funky piece of music, always makes me smile. But, joy! Literally just been listening to a CD borrowed off a friend - Hed Kandi Back to Love 03.03 - and it's on there!!! Frances Nero - Footsteps (Following Me) Hope this helps!
