who is the man serving the drinks

not sure who the man is but has anyone notice, firstly how much Disaronno there is in the glass he hands the woman which is served 'on the rocks' i guessing that she would of had to have drunk the whole glass in about 3-4 minutes considering the ice is full intact when the glass is empty.

Surely the ice would have melted a little? Or does she like a drink!!

A bit late I know, but I wondered whether it is Michael Brandon from Dempsey and Makepeace? I can't find anything on the internet to say whether it is or not. Does anyone else know?
