Help me choose between Miele Cat and Dog and Miele S5210

Hi,

I want to buy a Miele hoover and I'm torn between the two above. I do have 2 cats, one doesn't loose much fur but the other has white fur that shows up terribly. Also I have an average size deep pile rug so I would like that to brush up nicely. I'm not sure if it's worth paying the extra for the cat and dog or is it just the name of 'cat and dog ' that I will be paying for?

I bought a cat and dog tt 5000 2 weeks ago and am very satisfied with it. I haven't got any pets but reckoned after some research that it was the one for me. The Which magazine also gave it a very good report. I paid �170 for it.
It has fantastic suction and a good selection of tools. It also has SIX suction settings (curtains etc.,). I actually enjoy hoovering (vacuuming) now coz you can REALLY see the results!!!

Hi, thanks for reply. I went ahead and purchased the Cat & Dog and used it tonight, it's great! The suction is fantastic havent used the turbo brush yet but the standard brush did a great job anyway on the white fur. Glad I purchased it!
