Thanks for all your earlier replies btw.
I have started a discipline of daily walks. This is my 2nd day. 20 mins out and 20 back. These may become longer shoulds levels of stamina and enthusiasm increase. To-days was pre-empted by a drive to the village and a half mile drive towards the moors. I shall be accompanied on these voyages of discovery by my faithful and trusted "Brownie" in order to capture the moment of any excitement should it occur.
I shall post these on a youtube link in numerical order under the heading of
"DOCS DAILY TONICS"
I shall of course try and keep them varied and interesting, however, if any of you feel that they are a waste of time and a bit cr@ppy please let me know, together with full details of your car registration number and its overnight parking location.
I shall now do the technical stuff with the upload of to-days offering which will appear shortly as
DOCS DAILY TONICS ( DDT No. 1a )
There will be no charge for downloading and saving as I expect the full issue when complete to be a fairly valuable collection.

Also, try listening to talking books while walking, I'm doing a 7 hour Ruth Rendell at the moment.
p.s. please could you number your posts, e.g. #1, #235, etc, fill them to bursting with interesting content, and don't forget to post absolutely every day, several times if possible.

What you could do is take a wireless laptop with you, then you could keep AB updated every few minutes as to exactly what your are doing, when you last scratched your bum, what you had for breakfast, what you are going to have for lunch, ect, ect.
One year I did the Brighton bike ride and took a lappy, I was able to keep Cerescape regularly updated en route, they were so thrilled.
