nhs condom advert (the song)

There's a song on the advert made by the NHS to promote safer sex and encourage the use of condoms (the one that's got STD's written on their clothes) The music playing is really haunting, some of the lyrics i can make out are 'give me what i want' ..I'd love to know the name of the song and the artist singing it.

I thought it was maybe something by Portishead, but apparently it is from a company called Adelphoi and they did it especially for the advert.
