Sky in HD cinema advert

My question is that I wanna know how they do this as the people are moving. I've watched it a million times cos it's always on when I go to the cinema & when you see it that big on screen enough times you notice everything. The first woman we see, her chin is wobbling ever so slightly. The third guy's tongue is moving constantly and the woman with the sword is shaking it around all over the place. I also want to know how they get everything from the notes to the water drops to be stationary and suspended in mid air and in that small living room.
