The track is "Got To Be Free", produced by Pump Audio (www.pumpaudio.com) Independent Music. It can be listened to, in full (2:24) and high quality, by searching for "got to be free" using the "Soundtrack" service on their website.

Unfortunately it does not appear to be available for non-commercial purchase

Just to expand upon my previous answer if anyone else is looking for this, the artist is a band called "Blind Divine". Pump Audio just license the music for commercial use, and are the company through which the music was licensed for this advert.

The track, "Got To Be Free", is from their album "Music for Unmade Movies - Volume 1", which is available to purchase from the iTunes Store.
