The song is sung by Charlie Winston, brother of Tom Baxter. Not sure if his version is available though. Saw him in concert recently when he described singingn this song for the advert.

The original version of I'm Your Man was by The Spencer Davis Group, but the one thats played on the advert is almost certainly Bo Diddley.
