Clearasil advert...what the......?

What is this all about??? The one where the Mum is showing the boyfriend pictures of the girl in the bath and she says "you should see me now". I just dont get it, I might be being a bit dim but can somebody explain....?

But I think the daughter is on about that she doesn't have any spots because of Clearasil and you should see her skin in the bath....
