Found a dead fly in packet of skittles! EWW

Hello everyone,

As the title reads, I was horrified to find a dead fly all mushed and dried up STUCK to a skittle, and to make things worse... it was stuck to a yellow one- my favourites!

What would you guys do, ring mars confectionary customer care and tell them? (By the way mars owns skittles, I didnt know until now!) The lines are open weekly 9-5 but I am not usually back from school until after 5. There was an option to talk to somebody if it was, like, critical. Do you think I should? Is it worth it?

Hopefully I'll get a lifetime of free skittles! Hehe. Doubt that very much though.

Phone them... lay it on thick (how they were your child's sweets and how the fly has traumatized them!)... you'll get summit...

Phone them, you will probably get some free stuff but not a lot. They once found a mouse in a mars bar and they couldn't be sued because they had exemplary health and safety records and was deemed a freak accident. take your money back and whatever else they give you gratefully.

I decided to ring the 'urgent' number, and spoke to a guy not directly working for mars (Hmm, not really sure why he took the call!). He took my address and number and said he would get someone to call me back. I explained I'm not at home 9-5 (school) and he said he will let mars know that.

I may send an email too, because often companies never ring back- has happened to me before.

I really want some sort of freebie lol!
