About 4 years ago there was an advert of a man getting into a car on a busy piazza and as soon as he enters the car, the people disappear and he drives around deserted Italian streets until he exits the car and the people appear again. What's the song and artist playing ( piano and man singing slowly, mournfully)?

I think it was a Lexus ad, but sorry, no idea re the tune. xx

I've found out that it was indeed advertising Lexus and the song was Open Heart Zoo by Martin Grech
