Oh bolderdash !

Just got in from town and went into the kitchen to get a drink .....something wet under my feet .....yes , water and plenty of it. Took me a minute to suss where it had come from and then I realised that when I was out this morning my son has put the dishdryer on but omitted to put the drainage hose into the sink .
I have now got all the soaked drawer and cupboard contents out and towels mopping up . I'll get back to it when I've had a breather.

Awww nooo! These things are so annoying in life aren't they, you can just do without the hassle!!

That is so annoying-I did that in one of my part time jobs as a scrubber for a major store and when i came back up to the warehouse the place was flooded -my bag was soaked and my passport was saturated -took me forever to get it mopped up.Had to just go with the flow so to speak -lol x

Oh hi again all , sorry to leave you for so long , but I got stuck into the mopping and drying of things and just got back to my thread to see a wonderful response from all of you .That has cheered me up no end and made it all the easier for me to just laugh at the mess. The floor is now clean at least so I won't have to do it later , the drawers have had a good rinse and are now wiped dry and I've dried things and put them back in. The stuff from the cupboards is all back too. Just got the cutlery to do and I'm ship shape again. :-) xxxxxxx

As it was I really need'nt have gone out as I went out specially to the Next sale to see if I could buy something nice . I came away with absolutely nothing , everything I liked wasn't in my size .
