I'm quite a light user of my mobile phone but mainly use it to take pictures and send either to other peoples phones or to my email address where I can save, improve quality and the like. Recently, I have not been able to send picture messages or email pictures. I telephoned T-Mobile helpline and was told that 'they' have not made any changes and it should still work. I did some tests and still no success. I again telephoned T-Mobile helpline and a very helpful young lady tried many times to send me a picture message also without success. She told me that the previous lady I had spoken to had put me on Web&Walk which I certainly had not asked for, so she removed W&W, telling me that internet on the phone was not required to send or receive pictures. The second of the two operators ( the helpful one) even went to the trouble of letting me send a picture to her personal mobile phone which again didn't work. She then sent an emailed picture from her phone to my email address and that worked fine. Incidentally, I'm no longer contractually committed. Any ideas on what the problem could be? I have used this particular phone for sending and receiving pictures without problem for the past 18 months. Any advice please?
