Did you take the tray out and clean where it goes inside as well? Also, there is often a tube like bit in the fabric conditioner tray, take that off and clean the hole inside.

We had the same problem. Regular cleaning is the only answer. We have recently taken to using those spikey drying balls as they are meant to reduce the need for conditioner. Seem to do the job and will save the cost of conditioner.

Alternatively try using a powder that includes conditioner.

We have this problem with a top of the range Bosch...and so does my Mum....the engineer told us to water the conditioner down, 50/50 and this does work...but thats only once youve solved the initial problem of course!

well, thanks for the advice everyone!! We managed to get it working by blowing out the blockage in the inlet holes with a thin piece of tubing. You're right angiebaby, it's the thickness of the conditioner that causes the problem!! I will water it down well from now on!! xxx
