sky HD box pin number

how do i find my pin for my sky HD box so i can unlock a film ive taped, i know in the book it says the pin number is the last four numbers on the back on your sky card, ive tried putting them in and there the wrong numbers, any help?

You can view the PIN using Sky Active...

I was going to say that it was the last 4 numbers on your sky viewing card, did you change it at some point?

Maybe sky custemor services can halp if you ring them.
