It's a track called 'Egyptian Reggae' by Jonathan Richman And The Modern Lovers.

I think there maybe a newer advert than the one Andy has seen in which case the song is by Loituma and there are different versions of the song called Levan Polkka

Please ignore my above answer, I wasn't really watching the tv this morning and I heard the music I named on an advert I asked my daughter what it was advertising and she told me Weetabix! I have just seen the advert again and it is in fact for ReadyBrek - sorry about that. Trust Andy's answer :)
