My local pub the Admirals Landing in Bridgwater has just changed hands yet again.
The buyers apparently are call Portland Pubs, based in Weymouth.
Does anyone know who they are?

I can't find anything on the www about an outfit called Portland Pubs just a lot of hits for pubs...in Portland. However, I see that Admiral's Landing is a free house so all you need to find out to see if standards are going to be maintained or not is to ask the guy behind the bar if it's still free.

The new owners have kept the managers on, and they are the ones who have let what was one of the best pubs in bridgwater,for drink.food and ambience, these managers are the ones who have let it go to rack and ruin lets hope the new owners find them out before its too late!!
