Please help me! i'm going mad

There's a song on a cereal ad (I think) and its in my head and its driving mad not knowing what it is, don't know the title but it goes something like this:-

You can meet me by railway, you can meet me by caravan............................................just get here, get here if you can!!

Its sung on a current ad and by a woman from around the 80's.She could be some one like Roberta Flack, its very 'souly'. I would be SO grateful if anyone could tell me what it is.
