edf price drop...when??

I am with edf and earlier in the year I heard of their electricity price drop. I wanted to take a meter reading on the date of the change so I kept and eye on the date the price dropped I even went online to their website and from memory in said 19 Feb.

I have just had my bill through upto march 11th and it says nothing of a drop in price (no different rates).

So I just did an online search and random websites are saying the date was march 31??

What the hell, edf's website said 19 feb in early feb. Some of the websites now even say it was annouced in mid feb, which doesnt sound right?

I'm on pre payment, and got notified today that I will be paying a lower rate from the beginning of April.
