Bacardi advert 1980/90s Reed radio

Does anybody know who did the music to this advert,was very funky if i remember rightly.. Had jeff korber as ray on reef radio "saying goodbye to his buddy franco!"

I used to badly want to know what it was...This was like 10 years ago..I was posting on forums all over.

I think various people said it was Sabres of paradise, but I think I found on another site some info that said it was a commissioned piece by Andy Weatherall (from Sabres of Paradise), and not released seperately. But I dont know. I've havent listed to every released sabres song to find out
