McDonalds age policies
4 Answers
How do McDonalds and Burger King and KFC for that matter ensure that serving staff all appear to be of a certain age? I know the pace can be frantic but I don't think I've ever seen anyone who appears to be over 25 serving except if you include supervisory staff. Do they have a high turnover?

Most of the rest of the staff, save the managers, were also uni students or local school or college students or in their first job, that kind of thing.
I tended to come across older colleagues working in a supermarket and waitressing.
I have to say I'm not the biggest fan of BK food after having so many free staff meals :) Still like Pizza Hut after working there though we didn't get food in the same way there.
