Spaghetti western Music

An old Spag western, one starring Lee Van Cleef. There was a gold fob/pocket watch that played a musicbox type of tune.
Yesterday Someone one the tube had it as a ringtone; the new Impulse advert music is similar. Any ideas what it is, who by, where can I get it etc. Thanks, it's been in my head all day. Why do some tunes do that?
