There's an advert on TV at the moment for BBC Radio 3's "Step in" campaign. I'm after the name of the piece of music used in the Haydn advert.

It is Haydn's Piano Sonata No.59, 2nd movement, Adagio e cantabile, made famous to a modern audience through the film Interview with a Vampire when a variation on it is played by the protagonist Lestat. There are many examples on youtube, some faster, some slower. Happy Listening!

This is a middle portion from Haydns Sonata No 59 (second movement, Adagio e cantabile). Lestat plays a variation of this piece in Interview with a Vampire
