Japanese band in Argos advert

Does anyone know who the acresses or 'band members' are, who are collectively called Wasabi - in the latest Argos advert?

I dont know who they are exactly, but they remind me of the band from KILLBILL vol.1, who sing "woo hoo",
Know as "The 5.6.7.8''s" they can be found as track 11 on the KB official soundtrack :)

Hi mate,

Cheers for the reply, but the 5.6.7.8 are well old by comparison. 'Wasabi' or who ever they are, look like they are in their early twenties. Im figuring they aren't a real band, otherwise they would have chosen a 'better' name than the lame and stereotypical 'wasabi' (after the japanese green mustard)

I don't think that they are a Japanese band because I can't find any mention of them on www.yesasia.com which sell all kinds of E Asian music etc

Hi Chris,

Yeah, i kinda figured they were just actrices as lets face it, what self-respecting band would agree to go in an Argos advert? lol.

I did a google search for 'wasabi actrices in argos advert', and also variation of that... but nothing came up.
