Donations to Favourite Charity

On TV last night I saw a kind of advert where you nominate your favourite charity and if chosen you could get �10,000 (?) for that charity???  I don't know what channel it was on or what it actually was for definite but I know there was a website that you could log on to.  Does anybody know what on earth I am talking about??
