Top Gear background music

Anyone know the background music when Jeremy clarkson tested Jaguar S Type and succeeded in getting around the Nurburgring track in under 10 minutes finally? (when countdown was in final several seconds)The music also seemed to appear when top gear tested Aston Martin Vanquish S and Ferrari 575 GTC Handling . I really wanna know this music.Please help me~ Thanks!!

The track used in the Nurburgring track was "Escape" by Craigh Armstrong from the Plunkett & Macleane movie soundtrack. This has been used in a couple of pieces from topgear.
