barbie - where do i start?

my daughter wants a barbie for xmas - she's 5. i've seen those Fashionista barbie's advertised on tv. do they come with any clothes or anything or do i have to buy those separately?
or can anyone give me advice on the best value-for-money barbie and accessories around.

When I had to buy Barbies for my daughters, they came with one set of clothes, and sometimes a couple of accessories (comb/bag, that sort of thing if memory serves). Argos sell the fashionistas for around £10, and they also do a sort of party clothing set for around the same price. But it's worth looking around a bit for clothes prices

"Where do you start" You ask..... Well if you do you'll never finish, my G/daughter who is 7 has 5 Barbie's and all their gear it never stops once you have started. But I must admit it does keep her occupied for hours.
