Could anyone tell me where the piece of music on the sky+ supertelly ad comes from? I recognise it but can't place it? Is it Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka?

The song is featured in the Willy Wonka film but I'm not sure Gene Wilder is singing the song on the Sky ad. I say that because I noticed today that the song has entered the charts (boosted by plays on this ad) but the artist is shown as Anthony Newley plus someone whose name I've forgotten

The other name is LESLIE BRICUSSE but it is definitely GENE WILDER singing on the Sky ad!
