1980s cereal advert

Can anyone remember an advert with a little girl trying to tie the laces on her trainers? It would have been late 80s / early 90s and I think it was for a cereal.
She kept trying and failing and then gave up for a while so she could have her cereal.

I`m sure she went on to become famous but can`t for the life of me find the ad anywhere or any details.

Help !!!

no luck ! I`ve tried every combination of `cereal` `girl tying laces` and everything in between.
she was sat at a table and rolled her eyes when she couldn`t do her laces, I think she had curly brown hair too.

Got a feeling this one could keep me busy for a while.

Hmm, she`s similar but I think it`s a different girl. But then I`m going back about 25 years on memory so could be wrong.
If you find it first you could be on for a bucketful of ferrero rocher and all the cider you can drink !

I guess it is the sort of ad that will pop up in one of those "Before They Were Famous"-type programmes. Those shows sometimes get a repeat on GOLD or BBC3 and the like.
