Judge John Deed advert music

Does anyone know the music in the recent adverts for the Judge John Deed series on BBC1? It sounds a bit like jazz, and i've heard it on a few other things but don't know what it is.

It is by Nina Simone, but I cannot remember which of her tracks it is.

It's on the Thomas Crown Affair soundtrack (the Pierce Brosnan version) as well - it is the great Nina Simone, but I can't remember the track name either!

I just heard it again, and it starts with quite quick piano with the lyrics, which seems to get get faster as it goes, if that helps anyone. Also i'm pretty sure you are right about it being in the thomas crown affair.

The same question has been bugging me for ages. Its also on the renault Clio advert where they guy and the girl are deciding which is the more romantic city, Paris or London.
