80's-90's tv ad for a bank.

Does anyone remember an animated advert for a bank in the 80's or 90's? It involved a friendly giant lifting the roof off a bank to ask for , I think, a loan. He rollerskates off at the end, possibly using something like two old style horse carts as his rollerskates!
