Does anyone know what the background music is called to the 'Lloyds for the Journey' advert please ?

I think it's a specially commissioned piece (but I could be wrong).
the music for the advert is by Elena Kats-Chernin and is called Eliza's Aria . from a CD called Wild Swans, perfomed by the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra.
