Thanks she must go by another name as there doesn't appear to be much about her and what I've found is in spanish I think.

Cheers naz interesting to see that they use a steam machine in the food to give off that just cooked look in the advert.

Yeah, most food in the ads is 'faked' somehow ... very often with a varnish or lacquer to give it a nice moist look.

I seen that about food that gets photographed too, as you said lacquered to give it a shiny sheen as well as prolong it for sometimes long and hot photoshoots where wilted dehydrated mush just wouldn't make the grade.

Mashed potato is often used to replicate ice cream which would melt under the lights.
