You Tube in Russian! Help

I clicked on to my YouTube page on favourites and a box was on the page saying that YouTube had set my settings to the English language and to click if that was ok. So, I clicked without thinking and now it seems to be in Russian and I can't get back to English. Help!

Thank you so much TTG - I thought I'd got malicious spyware or some kind of virus.
