Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

9 across. "Express poll support unchanged" (2,2) The answer is clearly "As is" but other than it is unchanged why?

I have now seen it suggested elsewhere that the answer might be Isis as this poll is similar to Mori but as there is no word "is is" and the clue specifically states (2,2) I am inlined towards "As is" although I cannot explain why other than it is "unchanged" Any ideas anybody?

I now think it is definitely "As is" because the fact that the clue says "express poll" intimates that it sounds like the Isis poll which "as is" would sound like. I am the only one answering my own question,so thanks maxymax!!

Try http://www.crosswords...g/forum/92833/st4405. It pretty well supports your own conclusion, but this one intrigued me, too, and I got nowhere near either conclusion. Also, I did feel sorry for you, having to be your own sole responder!
