I rarely if ever wish anything terrible on my fellow "man", but the attached link has convinced me once and for all, as if I needed any convincing, that some people simply do not deserve the rich gift we call life.

Especially when they are capable of doing what he did to an innocent, defenceless toddler - God rest his little soul.

Hopefully he will have a terrible time in prison. He will probably ask for solitairy for fear of being set upon by other prisoners.

No doubt though some other prisoner will manage to attack him with a fork or boiling hot water (not that I am condoning that of course !)

I once spent a short time teaching in a young offenders centre. Kiddy-bashers usually had to be kept apart from the rest of the prisoners.

I was there not long after James Bulgers' killers had been convicted. The lads I taught were very vocal about what they'd do to them if they landed up there, and I've no doubt they would have done it too.

I've never had children so I've never really had much contact with them. However, my younger brother has a daughter who has just turned 3 and it was her party last week. I spent a lot of time playing with her and her new toys and reading to her while she sat on my lap. After having close contact with a child for the first time these last three years I cannot conceive how another man could treat a child like that.

At least this animal won't be around for a very long time and his life in jail will be absolute hell. I believe the other prisoners and staff regard these individuals as low-life and scum and treat them accordingly.
