Will Clulee has had 2 litters of puppies stolen this afternoon (about 3.30pm) from Farlow Near Kidderminster. One litter of black and tan Cocker puppies and another litter of Springer puppies - B&W and L&W. Anyone with any information whatsoever can they please get in touch with the police immediately. Let's make these pups too hot to handle. Thanks

I can't see any report on this on the WillClulee website, Carakeel. Has it been reported in the press locally yet? Maybe local radio news would be the best bet, athough I realise the dogs could be hundreds of miles away by now
Carakeel how were these pups stolen?

I was asked by a friend who knows him to copy and post this. Apparently it happened on Aug 25th.
This is all over Facebook and Lab Forums. Let's hope they can get them back very soon.Poor mums and poor pups x

Sorry, but I have no idea. Just passing on info from a friend in the breed.
Are you sure this story is true, Carakeel. I can see lots of posts on internet forums but nothing in the papers or the main Will Cluelee site. Are you certain it's not a hoax? On one forum the theft was supposed to have been in June.
Apologies if it is true and you have first hand knowledge of it
I hope they get the puppies back, how old were they ?dangerous to take them too young, or were they "stolen to order" ?How comes two litters at one time, presume he is a breeder ?

I'll see what more I can find out about it from my friend. As I said, I am just passing on this as have been asked to do so. My friend has working cockers and well into the hunting scene, where apparently this notice has gone out.

I've just tried to get hold of my friend, but she is at work. Sorry. I obviously hope this story is not true, but in case it is ... better safe than sorry ! I'll let you all know as soon as I can. If this is a hoax, then it is a very cruel one and you will have my sincere apologies!
I will be annoyed if it is a hoax too as I have been told about it and cross posted onto FB as it is in my area.
Definitely not a hoax, one litter was eight weeks and the other nine weeks, ready to go to new homes this weekend, some going abroad too. Its on Our Dogs and Arenaprint, and all over facebook. Doglost are waiting for photos, but lets face it, we all know what Cocker and Springer puppies look like. Only two Cocker bitches are black and tan, there are blacks too. They are all docked as well, which should make them easier to spot, as only working bred ones should be docked and then only with authorisation.
It just seems odd to me that I can't see any mention of this in the local paper or on the Will Clulee website.
I am always a little dubious when I get an email/message saying "pass this on to as many people as possible".
Has anyone got a link to anything official rather than forum/facebook postings?
I agree factor30 this seems to be such a furore it smacks of a viral themed email.
So they are hot dogs then.
Sorry.....
LOL spiderbert
Of course getting people to pass an email on to another 10, 20, 30 etc people gives spammers live email addresses. I never pass on any of these, even on pain of the most horrible illness or accident being visited upon me. And I get annoyed when people do it to me. This may well be genuine but I'd have to be convinced before passing it on.
They now have their own facebook page: http://www.facebook.c...767707?ref=ts&sk=wall
This only happened at 3.30 yesterday afternoon. Its even on the Kennel Club facebook page.
