Good news about the parrot abuser!
I seen my neighbor on the other side and unbeknown to me the woman that had killed her parrot has had form of abusing animals and has had two separate rspca investigations in the past because of the mysterious death of a puppy and another parrot. My neighbor was awake at the time of the parrots death and has the whole thing including audio taken from her dark conservatory and seen the parrot being beaten and killed, this was all taken by the rspca this morning as well as statements from her and myself.
The rspca will now compile a case against her and will give the evidence to the rspca prosecutions department and they are confident that with the evidence there is a 100% chance of full prosecution though they couldn't tell my neighbor what the sentence would be but they did say that with the overwhelming evidence against her it's likely she will have to plead guilty and so we would not have to attend court which is a relief.
We were also told that if we are contacted my the neighbor or her friends we are to log any calls and times and what was said, and if threatened to call the police. Me and the neighbor will go out shopping for surveilance cameras to record anything that may happen, fingers crossed hopefully nothing but we can't be too sure.
I feel at ease now that i have someone to talk to and not as afraid as i was.
many thanks to all those that helped here.
