Hello guys. I have had Hypnotherapy before for something else and I feel it helped me a great deal. I have a long standing chronic pain problem and painkillers are not the answer. Have any of you had Hypnotherapy or Acupuncture etc pain relief? Was it effective? Did it last? Are you pain free?im slowly getting to the end of my tether with my daily pain and need a solution to something which is likely to be life long. Any advice/experience you can offer? Thanks in advance. GF

Many years ago I was in so much pain I couldn`t climb stairs. I was persuaded to try acupuncture. Fantastic. Don`t know how it works but it did for me. I`m in my sixties and there isn`t anything I can`t do. I`m landscaping a sloping garden and had a bout of backache a few weeks ago. One session of acupuncture fixed it. Don`t let anyone tell you you need X number of sessions. Try one session and see how it goes.

Thanks Gness. I will try anything now.
Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy can reduce pain. Hypnotherapy can be used to treat nervousness, fears, substance abuse, sexual dysfunction, undesirable impulsive behaviors, and bad habits.
