As with humans, males and females produce both male and female hormones. The dominant hormone in males is testosterone, in females oestrogen. When a male cat (or dog) is neutered, it stops producing the male hormone... basically on account of it's male 'hormone factories' being chopped off. But this doesn't stop it continuing to produce the female hormone.
So if one or both of your other cats are female, they'll see him as another "her" and as such a rival in the mating stakes. If one (or both) of the others are male, they will be giving him unappreciated advances because he's now only producing female hormones.
All the above is based on an assumption that both the other cats have NOT been neutered/speyed. If they have it's far more likely it's because he's giving out completely different hormones than he used to, so they see him as a stranger in the camp for now, and he them. In which case they will all settle down with each other over the next weeks - possibly upto 3 months.
Don't forget that amidst all this, the poor little blighter has had his 'bits' removed and will be very sore/tender around that area for a few more weeks.
Personally I don't agree with neutering or speying any animal (dog or cat) if it's simply to make life easier for their owner. But a general rule is that if one animal in a home environment is neutered/speyed, they should all be to avoid bullying. A neutered or speyed animal will always be picked on/bullied/dominated by any that aren't. I'm not judging you for having your cat neutered, simply expressing a personal opinion which is no more or less valid than yours.
