Most dog owners seem very good these days, walking around with their little bags ready to pick up their pet's output. But (serious question), how do blind people do this for their guide dogs?

Guide Dogs do not foul the streets or public areas; they are trained to defecate on command with a special codeword.

Don't be silly!!!!! There's a blind man who comes to my local park with his alsatian every day. He lets it off the lead and it runs around has fun and does it's "business".

I don't think anyone would fine a blind person for letting their dogs foul. After all they've got a good reason for not being able to pick it up.

My point is that Guide Dogs do not 'choose' to foul public places, the blind owner has to overtly allow it.

Controlling their bodily functions is part of Guide Dog training. If it fails this then it does not become a Guide Dog.

Kempie's right, guide dogs are trained to do it in the garden, and I believe they are officially exempt from the no-fouling law.
