Fish Problems

I have Koy Carp and I have noticed that they have tiny little almost transparant crab like parasites on them. I have uses a solution that was recommended by an aquatics outlet, however it hasn't solved the problem. Does anyone know what thjese are and how they can be got rid off, and are they dangerous to my fish. Thanks

I've not had much dealings with Koi but it may help to know what the aquatics outlet thought they [the parasites] were and what you used to deal with them.

Also, how many fish and how large is the pond?
