Goodnight Little Friend

For 20+ years she has been a constant presence in my life and I shall miss her. We went to the vet at midnight last night where she was PTS as she had renal failure. Going to bury her in the garden this afternoon. All she knew was love and kindness so I guess that's as good as it gets for any living thing let alone an animal. RIP Maggie.
Just felt like doing a little obituary for her so please indulge me. Thank you.

Since she has had such a wonderful life - that was the best she was going to get. So many animals are treated so cruelly. Take from that. Ladybirder. You wonder to yourself why do you get so attached - but they become your best friend.

I have a 12 year old Jack Russell. He's a right pain in the ass sometimes but I know I shall miss him terribly when it's his time so I can quite empathise with this poster.
